Description

Description: As an administrative, you will work within the Operation's departments dealing with issues related to incoming and outgoing data such as diagnostic images and reports. You will be responsible of communicating with the hospitals and acting as support function when implementing new clients and systems. YOUR TASKS You will be responsible for Order Entry and distribution of reports to the clientsYou will have frequent communication with radiologists and hospital staff (radiographers, nurses, clinicians) to coordinate the incoming casesYou will be in charge of assisting with incidents, special cases, quality assurance, teaching filesStatisticsYou will also assist with the implementation of new hospitals Requirements: You are the one we are looking for if: You speak a native level of SwedishYou speak English (fluent level)You are meticulous, organized and efficientYou have excellent administrative skills, though there's no need for experienceYou have the ability to cope with everyday administrative tasks and a fluctuating workloadYou have ability to prioritiseYou are accustomed or even passionate to working with computers and Information systems; Excel skills are particularly useful Offer: You will receive a competitive salary according to junior profiles + bonus + benefits!You will have a permanent contractYou will work in Barcelona, right across the sea!You will receive a two months trainingYou will work full time Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.You will be part of a young, international and very friendly team!
