Description

The Account Manager supports property management clients with Yardi's property marketing software, RENTCafe. RENTCafe is a full marketing and leasing software solution featuring marketing websites, as well as online leasing, rent payments, and maintenance requests. Account Managers will use their software knowledge and strong communication skills to support client queries. They will also implement the RENTCafe suite for new clients.

In the current pandemic, we prioritize the safety and health of our teams, hence this role implies working from home until further notice.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve application support requests, in a dynamic and creative environment, by assisting clients with daily technical support needs related to RENTCafe;
  • Act as client liaison for RENTCafe issues, enhancement, and custom requests;
  • Manage client implementation by providing guidance and coordination;
  • Counsel clients in process and procedures for implementing software;
  • Stay informed on applications best practices;
  • Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;

Desired Skills and Experience:
 
  • Top university graduate with a degree in business, economics, marketing;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a customer service or support ability;
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Very strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Understanding the functionalities of the ERP systems;
  • Excel and SQL knowledge is a plus;
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus;
  • Exemplifies professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction;
