Description: You are a pro at recruitment and have experience managing a team? Then look no further! We are seeking a highly-engaged and personable German speaking Supervisor Recruiting (m/f/d) to lead our recruitment team. In this role, you will design hiring strategies and develop ways to improve efficiency in the hiring process. To ensure consistency, you will train our recruitment staff on new policies and monitor the implementation of the new procedures.
