We are currently seeking Mitigation Technicians, and while experience in water restoration & mold remediation is preferred, it is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the job site promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
• Follow the lead of the assigned Lead Technician on the project.
• Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any loss or damage.
• Keep the work site clean and safe.
• Perform demolition tasks, including drilling holes, cutting drywall, and removing frames.
• Conduct water extraction as needed.
• Set up and take down equipment as required.
• Be available for on-call rotation (restoration is a 24/7/365 industry).

Preferred Candidates Will:

• Have a strong work ethic and be willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Present a professional appearance and mannerisms when dealing with customers.
• Be self-motivated and hard-working, as this is essential to succeed with us.
• Pass a background and drug test.
• Possess a good driving record (required for commercial insurance purposes).

Salary: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Expected Hours: 40 – 55 per week
