As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Account Executive to join our Business Development team.

Position Overview:

A Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within their company to promote its longevity. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, schedule and conduct company capability presentations to Property & Facility Management and Maintenance Personnel and affiliated industry associations and commercial entities including but not limited to any other appropriate prospective target client markets.

· Develop a solid understanding of the restoration business: services, operations, customer base, and documentation process.

· Create detailed account marketing plans to facilitate the attainment of goals.

· Build a pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, telemarketing, direct mailing, social media, and other marketing means. Actively participate in targeted industry professional and trade associations.

· Manage the client cycle from finding a client to securing contractional agreements with KCI.

· Develop and maintain effective public relations and participate in all Company marketing events.

· Prepare personal weekly activity plans and sales activity reports.

· Prepare and complete all necessary sales cycle paperwork utilizing Luxor and Dash.

· Occasionally travel throughout the state as needed for large losses.

· When necessary, attend out-of-state industry events.

· May be required to do prolonged site visits/property walks in unfavorable and/or undesirable environments such as damaged structures either day or night to enhance the client relationship.

· Is collaborative and promotes professional working relationships with co-workers.

· Maintains a positive, professional company image always.

· Manages time well and spends most effort on key, value-added activities.

· Manages multiple projects through effective organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Consistently meets deadlines.

Experience Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
