About the position


As Senior CS you will own and manage a portfolio of enterprise/mid-level accounts.

You will have to understand and customize your client’s outcomes by collecting and analyzing data (incoming and proactive).

You will have to be involved in all your accounts aspects when it comes to support, ongoing management, product demonstration, product education, tutorials, and other communication infrastructure.

You are going to collaborate with R&D, Development, Marketing, and support to improve your customers experience.

You are expected to sustain and increase profitability.


The requirements:


3+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success, account management or consulting experience working with mid to enterprise-level accounts.

Fluent spoken and written English

Hands-on technical knowledge with scripting, SQL, data analysis

Sales background

Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
