Operations Coordinator
- Location: Oklahoma City, OK
- Environment: Warehouse
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-call as needed)
- Hourly Wage: $22.00 / hr.

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate the day-to-day operational needs of the agency. This safety-sensitive role is critical to ensuring effective operations across facilities, transportation, safety, purchasing, and training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
- Complete required reports, documentation, and records within established deadlines
- Deliver training and presentations to staff, partners, and external stakeholders
- Maintain reliable attendance and uphold confidentiality and professionalism standards
- Responsible for daily agency closing duties and backup opening procedures
- Practice cost containment and recommend system and process improvements
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance and sanitary conditions for buildings and grounds
- Schedule and oversee vendors for repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate and conduct safety drills in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
- Monitor weather conditions and communicate impacts to agency programs
- Chair the Campus Safety Committee and report updates to leadership
- Oversee agency vehicle fleet & driver maintenance, documentation, & training
- Purchasing & Inventory Management
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License (Real ID compliant)
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have Stable work history
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with fleet management preferred
- Ability to pass OSBI, MVR, DHS Registry, and other required background checks
This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay. Occasional weekend work and participation in annual agency events are required.
