Panda Trading Systems (PandaTS), which specializes in building high-performance, cutting-edge technology for the online financial trading industry, is seeking a UX/UI designer. 

Your daily duties will be as follows:

• Create a branded UX/UI design, and innovate while facilitating a valuable interactive experience

• Handle complex concepts and provide out-of-the-box solutions

• Research, explore, and communicate best practices, techniques, and issues with peers and development teams

• Be service-oriented, present and explain your ideas to your peers and the board of stakeholders

• Consistently advocate for the user's interests by verifying the design complies with standard usability principles and project constraints

• Define visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers

• Develop and sign off on creative estimates and ensure high-quality execution of all deliverables

 Mandatory requirements

• A strong portfolio that reflects your skills and abilities is a must

• B.Design Degree in Visual Communication (HIT, Shenkar, Vizo, Bezalel, or equivalent)

• 3-5 years of experience creating interfaces for complex interactive products (preferably B2B enterprise solutions interfaces.)

• Experience designing user interfaces for various devices (responsive design)

• You must have strong leadership and ownership ability edge-to-edge responsibilities

• Fluent in English (reading & writing)

• You must be a master of digital design tools like Figma and Adobe suite and comfortable with prototyping

• You need to have the ability to present the design solution using various methods like presentations, prototypes, etc.

Nice to have:

• Experience with creating After Effects micro animations is a plus

• Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus

• Experience with writing product documentation (PRD/MRD)
