The Role

The Product Support Sales Manager will manage the Product Support Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives in actively seeking new customers and markets for product support opportunity. As a Product Support Sales Manager, you will influence the sale of parts and service in the field for all applicable product lines.

Job duties:

  • Manage Product Support Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives
  • Help resolve customer issues
  • Maintain open communication between sales, parts and service divisions
  • Keep management informed of current economic and customer trends and workloads
  • Research, create and implement annual marketing plans
  • Coordinate career path training for product support representatives

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Three or more years’ experience managing people with the ability to positively motivate and manage others
  • Previous sales experience
  • Two or more years’ experience in a related field
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Positive customer service
  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in parts and service
  • College degree
