Description
Panda Trading Systems (PandaTS) specializes in building high-performance, cutting-edge technology for the online financial trading industry is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
-
- Act as the customer's focal point.
- Support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of the products.
- Identify and analyze the customer’s needs and translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
- Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the client’s needs and those of the company
- Optimizing customer performance
- Growing Revenue
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience as B2B Success Manager/Project manager – Must (FinTech companies advantage).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Must
- BA in Economics/Business Management - advantage
- Experience in the online Forex or Gaming industry - advantage
- Knowledge of development lifecycles
- Experience working with international customers
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple projects, risks and issues
- Customer-facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player
- Ability to work effectively with and balance the needs of both Business and Engineering team members
