Description

Panda Trading Systems (PandaTS) specializes in building high-performance, cutting-edge technology for the online financial trading industry, is seeking B2B Success Manager  to join our team

Responsibilities:

 

·         Optimizing customer performance

·         Growing Revenue

·         Identify and analyze the customer’s needs and then translate them into tasks to

·         Be undertaken by divisions within the company

·         Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal  

          balance between the client’s needs and those of the company

Requirements:

 

·         At least 2 years experience as Project Manager from software international companies 

         (Internet companies – big advantage)

·         Knowledge of development lifecycles

·         Experience working with international customers

·         Experience in participating and answering RFPs- big advantage

·         Fluent English (written and spoken)

·         Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple 

          projects, risks, and issues

·        Customer facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, 

          self-managed, team player

·         Ability to work effectively with and balance the needs of both business and engineering 

           team member

·         experience in the online gaming or forex  industry –advantage
