Technical Services Specialist
Panda TS a leading international technology vendor in the financial industry is seeking tech-savvy and dynamic Technical Services Specialists to join our growing team!
Technical Services Specialists are responsible for technical products implementation, maintenance, on-boarding, and internal support for our B2B customers.
Responsibilities:
• Owning relevant implementation projects to completion and providing production support for our B2B customers.
• Building, maintaining, configuring, monitoring, and completing post-production testing and managing live deliverables.
• Working with our Customer Service, Customer Success, Product and R&D teams to facilitate technical product implementations and technical solutions.
• Performing in-depth troubleshooting and diagnosis to resolve complex technical issues and incidents.
• Maintaining and contributing to a library of associated knowledge materials.
Requirements:
- Full professional English proficiency.
- Technical expertise from previous working experience, education, or personal interest.
- Service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS & Office Products – a must.
- Familiarity with SQL, Linux, PowerShell, Python or other programming languages –advantage.
- Availability to work on shifts 24/6.
