An Israeli site (extension) of a US based corporation engaged in Cyber Security software solutions for Enterprise level companies.

About the position:

The Technical Customer Success Manager is the primary technical point of contact for Enterprise accounts that are entitled to a dedicated support engineer. As TCSM you oversee all the technical and success related issues (e.g., enhancements, partnering with engineering & sales, preparing for new releases and rollouts, and advising the overall account management of the customer.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Enterprise/medium Customer Success Manager in a SaaS OR Cyber OR Computer Software.
  • Technical background in web/software/SasS/PaaS environment preferably.
  • Technical knowledge of industry-standard practices for implementing integrations (e.g.: API, webhooks, etc.)
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Confutable discussing technical subjects with Technical and non-technical audiences
  •  
  • A proven track record of retaining and growing multiple client relationships
