The Role

About the job:

As the Compensation and Benefits Manager you will lead the development, implementation, and administration of payroll, compensation, and benefit programs and procedures.

What you will do in this job:

Effectively and accurately administer employee benefits programs such as retirement plans, medical and dental plans, term life insurance plans, temporary disability programs, accidental death policies, and others

Manage payroll personnel and processes and be the main resource for escalation of payroll questions and issues

Prepare and maintain detailed job descriptions, occupational classifications, and salary scales

Ensure Company compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies, regarding payroll processes

Our Ideal Candidate

Minimum four years’ experience managing employee benefits and compensation programs

Ability to identify organizational needs, research, analyze and use solid judgement to make recommendations

Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills with the ability to make solid decisions in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

What will put you ahead:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

Experience in payroll or serving as a broker
