The Job. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in charge of the 360 recruitment process. First, your responsibilities will be to create and maintain your Client portfolio by: Defining and identifying leadsUnderstanding our business activities, services, USPsSetting up your business development plan and action planContacting and qualifying leadsPresenting our services and solutions to potential clientsNegotiating terms of business with new clients, with assistance of your managerClosing the contract term and establishing new partnershipsManaging your account with weekly & daily communication with your ClientBeing the SPOC of your Client within Blu SelectionDeveloping and maintain a good and close relationship with your ClientsDefining the recruitment needs with your Clients   From youre your first responsibility you will ensure a qualitative full candidates recruitment process by: Analyzing the clients needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to itSourcing and hunting candidates using companys networkDeveloping new sourcing channelsAdvertising open vacanciesQualifying Candidate through interviewDeveloping your own candidates networkFollowing up with candidatesBeing involved in the Candidates' career managementIdentifying the Leads and developing new clients partnershipsParticipating in the online marketing strategy and company visibility & positioningLeading & being part of Adhoc projects Requirements: About You. You are graduating from a Business/Economics Degree (Master or Bachelor)You have a previous successful experience of minimum of 6 months in 360 Recruitment: sourcing, interview, cold-callingYou are looking for a first experience to start your career You have a native level of Dutch/Flemish with an excellent level in English - any other EU language, such as French/Spanish/German... is considered as a big plusYou are business and quality-orientedYou have the work hard, play hard mentalityYou are a real team player, with empathy and always ready to helpYou have a lot of energy and are self-motivatorYou are self-starter, take initiative and bring new ideasYou like to challenge yourself and always aim to the topYou are committed to the highest level of quality, and pay attention to detailsYou are enthusiastic, dynamic and performance-driven You have easy contact with people and have excellent communication skills Offer: The Offer.
