Responsible for creating structured schedules and project plans based on project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.   Partners with colleagues in different roles to assess the workloads and impacts for different departments.    Identifies dependencies and possible issues across teams.  Motivating force behind projects and an agent of change helping the Credit Union understand how to implement successful projects.  Leads the vendor management process for the Credit Union.

Assist in the identification and prioritization of strategic initiatives and maintaining prioritized master project listing.
Gauges overall progress on strategic and tactical initiatives through project owners, champions, and implementers. 
Implements policies, system monitors, and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of corporate initiatives in project portfolio.
Capture project requests and ensure relevant information that ensure proper assessment of project proposals, including prioritization and scoring models for better assessment of the project requests.
Accurate documentation of project portfolio status including justification, project scope, budget, and on-going status.
Facilitating and supporting individual project owner/managers ensure project initiatives meet goals and objectives.
Manage resource forecasts and capacity to assist Leadership in the management and allocation of resources.
Coach other project owners and help establish communication to remove roadblocks, including early escalation to leadership.
Trains, facilitates, and manages diverse projects using professional project management practices, such as work breakdown structure development, tracking of milestones/critical paths, budgeting and cost accounting, and resource allocation and utilization to achieve key results for project managers and stakeholders.
Define and continuously improve CoastHills project management standards and best practices, including training on project management and communication, as well as policies and processes.
Interfaces with Contracts and Vendor Managers to facilitate efficient project-related contract actions and vendor management
Assists the Chief Administrative Officer and performs duties as assigned and work at any location.

Member Service Orientation
Job Knowledge

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and Experience 
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years project management experience.
Credit Union and/or Banking experience desired.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.

Demonstrated and sustained leadership of high value, complex, critical projects.
Comfortable with proactive engagement with senior managers and leadership team.
Ability to present well developed and detailed reviews to project teams and leadership.
Smart and focused with the ability to pivot/manage a change in plans and taskings as circumstances change.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to details and technicalities with strong organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Familiar with project management best practices.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management software.                                                                                          

Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to be bonded.
Operates a variety of office equipment and machines.
Ability to travel, attend, and participate in meetings, seminars, and conferences held before and after normal business hours that may require unaccompanied long-distance travel and overnight lodging.
