The Role

Foley has an amazing opportunity within our Marketing department as a Marketing Operations Manager.  This role is responsible for the overall supervision and guidance of Marketing Operations functions – CRM (including CRM strategy, lead and funnel management, data quality and reporting), Customer Experience (Net Loyalty Score and processes), Retail Processes and overall Marketing Process documentation.

Job duties:

  • Management and supervision of:
    • lead personnel and related processes to ensure timely and accurate lead entry and assignment
    • administrators of OLGA and CRM including key processes and SLAs across the organization
    • marketing coordination and associated functions such as calendar creation and distribution and coverage map updates
    • marketing personnel responsible for customer experience (NLS) and retail processes

  • Manage reporting processes for the following:
    • Sales Funnel – partner with Sales Management to hold reps accountable for timely lead resolution, as well as management of leads through the entire sales funnel to resolution (lead/no lead, won-lost-no deal)
    • OLGA reporting (monthly)
    • NLS reporting and issue resolution – ensure issues are entered and assigned according to SLAs.  Monitor issues resolution in partnership with managers to ensure timely resolution
    • Monthly Retail Checklist and plan-o-grams

  • Be the recognized expert for the Company’s CRM tool, with strong knowledge of CRM strategy and key operational processes. Ensure processes remain up to date.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing, sales operations, or business management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to deal with senior-level managers and executives
  • Analytic, proactive and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop a high performing team
  • Competent knowledge and skills in marketing and business
  • Excellent CRM knowledge (Salesforce a plus). Comfort using all Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel
