Window Treatment Sales Support Admin

Position Title: Sales Support Admin
Department: Administration

Report To: Owner
Location Red Bank, NJ 07701

Purpose of This Position
To support the sales team in the administrative execution of their sales transactions.

Goals and Essential Functions
Greet customers as they enter the store and support them in booking in-home consultations.
Answers multi-line telephone in a professional manner, transfer calls and take messages as needed.
Provide direct support to the sales team to complete the administrative tasks associated with all closed sales, including but not limited to: creating estimates, ordering product, invoicing and all internal filing.
Be the primary point of contact for all drapery estimates and pricing.
Handle all of the project management for your orders, including but not limited to: vendor communications, tracking, client and sales team updates and communications.
Support with scheduling and coordination as needed and requested.
Assist the owner in resolving issues with disappointed and/or angry customers.

Measurement of Performance
Ongoing and annual performance appraisals based upon job responsibilities, goals and objectives related to all listed functions as well as upon other special projects, as requested.

Internal: Collaboration and communication with all team members.
External: With all clients, leads, vendors, sales representatives and other relevant business contacts.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft office, computer systems and internet.
Ability to quickly learn new software such as CRM or QBO.
Excellent communication skills
Must be available for both in-office and remote work
