Appraisal Desk Coordinator
The Appraisal Desk Coordinator is responsible for facilitating appraisal orders and acting as liaison between appraisers and internal production staff.
Essential/Primary Job Functions:
Representation of department in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing exceptional customer service and support to internal staff and external appraisers; Assigning new appraisal orders; Tracking appraisal orders to insure on time delivery; Communicating required revisions to appraisers; Maintaining accurate appraisal data within the loan origination system; Confirming regulatory require disclosures are complete and accurate prior to appraisal processing; Obtaining applicable condo questionnaires from homeowners associations.
Job Requirements for Essential/Primary Job Functions:
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to work independently as well as in team environment; Intermediate computer skills; Ability to maintain high level of service during peak periods; Ability to multi-task.
College degree or minimum of 2 years mortgage experience and prior customer service experience.
