Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, manage and accountable for the performance of business development team and customer success team

  • Live MRR, MRR signed and MRR retention.

  • Sales deck

  • Sales training & coaching

  • Moving pilot, pending onboarding & churned accounts

  • Promotions & discounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Customer Success to solve departmental and interdepartmental issue to ensure churn rate is under preset threshold

  • Interview, assign trial project, hire and coach team members

  • Responsible for firing of non-performing team members given required warnings and coachings

  • Hold daily huddles with team members and review daily metrics

  • Hold weekly departmental meetings to identify and solve issues

  • Ensure role practice takes place at least once a month for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

  • Frequent review of sales pipeline and challenge BDMs on the deal progress

  • Routine review and update on sales deck, sales process and sales playbook

  • Support BDMs in the sales meetings when required

  • To formulate strategy and action plans to ensure that each team member can hit their weekly metrics and quarterly target

  • Prepare and engage fully in weekly L10 meetings to identify, discuss and solve issues

  • Plan, facilitate and hold annual SalesCandy sales summit for sales & marketing team



Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in managing B2B SaaS sales team.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • SalesCandy is a 100% distributed workplace.  You are expected to have a conducive working environment with satisfactory broadband connection to perform your job, at your own expense.  Even though this is remote work, you are expected to be residing within commuting distance from the city and are able to attend in-person meetings and company events in the city.
