Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Will operation single or multiple CNC Machines and equipment for high volume production by loading, unloading and packing parts into packaging. 

Perform quality inspections and checks as per instructions (visual inspection, use of hand gages, Cmm reports and other measuring methods).

Maintain and complete all required documentation per work instruction

Perform scheduled tool changes or when required.

Qualifications

1-2 years CNC experience a plus in a high volume environment (single and multiple cell CNC Machines)

High school graduate or GED

Must be a team player, high level of energy and communicate clearly

Basic knowledge on machining and assembly processing.

Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull of heavy objects regularly – up to 35lbs.

Must be able to bend, stoop and reach

Must be able to work in environment where there is constant exposure to noise, odors drafts, temperature extremes, and able to wear appropriate PPE – including mask and/or face shields.

Regular attendance at work and ability to work overtime (daily/weekends) required.

Available to work any shift – consideration for preferred shift is given but not guaranteed.

START PAY RATE $15.00 WITH WEEKLY ATTENDANCE BONUSES, OVERTIME, 1ST, 2ND AND A WEEKEND SHIFT AVAILABLE
