Our office is recruiting for a direct hire, full-time Universal Banker position. Our client is seeking a candidate with previous banking experience for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing members, evaluating and assisting members with their financial needs, and providing solutions in a professional manner. The person in this role will also perform all essential functions of branch operations in the areas of new accounts, deposit products, remote services and consumer lending.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Two to five years of similar or related experience.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.

Other Skills:

  • A working knowledge of regulations relating to bank deposit and lending desirable, but training will be provided.
