Kramer Electronics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and become a partner in the hiring process. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth while hiring excellent people!
- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates by using sourcing techniques in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), talent recruitment, Head-Hunting etc.
- Develop hiring channels and be responsible for our recruiting marketing & campaign efforts on social media
- Assess candidates’ qualifications and personality to match the position requirements and company culture by screening resumes/profile and phone interviews.
- collaborate with hiring teams to identify staffing needs.
- B.A. in Social Science, Human Resources or related fields.
- At least 2 years experience as a recruiter in a Hi-tech company through social platforms.
- Deep understanding of technological profiles from different areas of the high tech industry.
- Have a client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude.
- Experience conducting phone interviews.
- proactive, and can-do approach attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Hebrew.
- Excellent teamwork skills and communication skills.
