This is your purpose:

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to assist in attraction, engagement, development and retention of our most valuable asset, our People. If you are looking for Team that empowers you to be your best and has your back, this is the place for you!

You will be responsible for:

  • HR Policies/Procedures : Administer human resources plans and procedures; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Communications: Coordinate employee communication to promote employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Counsel Leaders on employee relation matters, including employee discipline, and resolution of employee grievances
  • Recruitment & Selection: Work with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees
  • Compensation: Ensure uniform interpretation and application of wage and salary policy to provide internally equitable employee compensation; helps maintain job descriptions and evaluations on an accurate and current basis.
  • Training and development : Assist in identifying training needs and work with corporate training team to implement programs. Facilitates training sessions locally when applicable.
  • Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities.
  • Benefits: Work with Total Rewards on benefits administration and communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews and performance improvement processes for all employees; ensure consistent application of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Career & Succession: Coordinate C&S cycles, local people development committees, 360ยบ degree feedback surveys and competency assessments; ensure consistent application of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Workforce Planning: Assist business units in identifying current and future personnel needs
  • Record Keeping: Establish and maintain adequate personnel records for past and present employees.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of HRBP experience
  • PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
