  • Salesforce administrator or related experience
  • Experience transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightning
  • Nice to have Salesforce Certifications admin, advance admin or CPQ or Sales Cloud or app builder
  • Prior experience supporting an enterprise Salesforce user base of at least 1500 or more
  • Must know territory management, Reports and Dashboards, User Maintenance, Profiles and Sharing rules, permission sets, process builder, flows, data cleaning, data enrichment through tools
  • Must know how to read Salesforce Logs

Activities to perform:

  • Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce platform
  • Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage best-in-class Salesforce functionality
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency
  • Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce
  • Support the team's vision to deliver end to end process simplification including new features and functionality on our journey transitioning from Classic to Lightning
  • Identify process and system risks, surface actionable insights and design and implement a plan for improvement
