We are currently looking for a Mill Quality Control for Lakeview, OR 97630, who reports to the shift Mill Operator and/or Operations Manager.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Taking samples off the screen decks every hour to make sure material is in spec.
Checking all equipment in there are is in good order and operating correctly.
Reporting any defects or safety issues to Mill Operator, maintenance department or Operations Manager.
Changing screens when needed to maintain a quality product.
Greasing screen decks daily and other equipment as needed if a problem arises.
Assist maintenance if needed when the plant is down or helping the mill laborer with clean-up while plant is being repaired.
Follow all MSHA regulations and help maintain a safe work environment.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Basic data entry skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
