We are seeking an enthusiastic, huge-hearted HR Manager to join our amazing company. Reporting to our Resources VP, you will be the main point of contact for employees and drive multiple topics and operations simultaneously.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage and operate all aspects of Human Resources in the company, including welfare, policies, and programs and will be responsible for the HR Administrative duties.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Onboarding newcomers to the company
- Employee retention
- Compensation and benefits
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- HR budget
- Performance and improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures
What you'll need:
- 3+ years working as Technological recruiter – Must
- Experience from a hi-tech company- Must
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required – Nice to have
- Excellent English
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate the outcome
- Ability and knowledge to establish and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ability to work in an environment of constant change and stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
