Position Overview

 

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for general administrative functions, including handling daily office administration operations, taking incoming customer calls, customer resolution, and supporting management.

 

A Day in the life 

 

As the Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new computer systems
  • Must have a solid ability to multi-task and problem solve 
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of database management, job tracking, customer calls to include customer resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 
  • Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence for treating and caring for customers

 

About You

 

  • G.E.D
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn new computer systems
  • Must have a solid ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently

 

Skills and Abilities

 

  • Detail orientated, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks/projects and deadlines independently

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills meeting the highest levels of customer service
