Description

  • Primary role will be to support assigned account (s) grow revenue and ensure they are receiving best in class service. 
  • Additionally, identify new customers and opportunities within the assigned account(s) via channel engagement or direct sales hunting.
  • BRM will also be responsible for giving offer overview presentations to the assigned accounts and TAP accounts within territory.
  • Individual must have the ability to lead complex technology solution engagements, run complex sales cycles, deliver under pressure, work under a quota and be able to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and through email to CXO-level executives.   
  • Working conditions are within your virtual office, customer offices, hotels, or Softtek locations.
  • Travel to support client meetings, Softtek prospect/client engagements, conferences or other requested visits would be required in this role.

Functions & Responsibilities are described but not limited to:

  • Assess Client Business Needs; Lead the Design of a Technology Services Solution in Partnership with Softtek Colleagues; Proposal Creation, Review & Delivery to Client; Contract, Price and Scope Negotiation
  • Understanding Softtek’s Service Offerings, Capabilities, Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats & Opportunities.
  • Service Existing Accounts
  • Create A Business Plan that identifies innovative business technology solutions for assigned accounts
  • Understanding of current commerce software or platform Org Chart: Create Org Chart & Identify Key Contacts.
  • Client Acquisition
  • Grow LinkedIn, Facebook and other Social Networking environments
  • Participate in niche conferences/trade shows to grow your contact networkProperly forecast close dates and Commit Upside opportunities
  • Review backlog information to update and maintain Account Revenue
  • Forecast within CRM on a Monthly Basis
  • Create Quotes in PVTool for approval
  • Create Orders: PVTool, SOW, Purchase Order or Task Order
