Director Government & Military Markets Development

Who do we look for?

We are seeking a highly experienced, passionate, and motivated business leader to develop these high potential markets for us, expanding our WW business footprint in Government, Military and other mission-critical organizations. The qualified candidate will make a significant impact on helping these organization live up to their missions and will be part of taking Kramer to the next level.

The candidate is required to interface effectively and work closely with various functions across the global Kramer organization, primarily Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Corporate Development, as well as be extremely strong in and a seeker of direct customer engagements.

The job includes:

  • Developing detailed go-to-market plans across Government & Military markets, including System Integrators, channel partners and direct end-customer engagements.
  • Defining customer journeys in these highly diverse segments of the market.
  • Developing winning value propositions to markets.
  • Close work with the sales organization within the oppurtunities to achieve project wins.
  • Business development with System Integrators and technology partners WW.

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in business, economics, engineering, or exact science.
  • MBA – preferred. A strong advantage.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales/BD experience to government, military or other mission-critical organizations.
  • Proven sales track record for government & military projects, over $10M each.
  • Deep knowledge in regulations and standards for government & military markets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in purchase cycles and processes of sales to G&M organizations.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and managerial skills, with proven successful track record in performing as such.
  • Experience in sales of highly technological project – a Must.
  • Experience in sales of PRO AV (Audio/ Visual) projects – an advantage
  • Willingness to frequently travel abroad.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English: verbal, writing and presentation skills.
    Other languages such as Spanish and French – an Advantage.
