Job Description

General Summary:
The Talent Coordinator role is responsible for managing the work rotations/schedules of COVID division team members, responding requests for changes to schedules, assisting management with coordination of team to include, acting as a liaison between the team and managers, managing calendars, project support.

Essential Job Functions:
This is an administrative support role in a fast paced, dynamic environment fluidly adapting to client needs related to COVID services. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to support communicating with our clientele face to face, by email and phone.
This position requires intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and must be able to effectively utilize standard office equipment.  Must have experience in occupational health and/or primary care.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a high-volume practice.

Assist in customer relations by providing support to the division.
Support special teams and committees by performing administrative support tasks.
Assist in ensuring that standards of care, standards of practice, Code of Ethics, and policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in monitoring practices to assure compliance with the regulatory agency rules and regulations to assure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Assist in looking for ways to improve effectiveness by assisting in the implementation of new ideas and more efficient approaches.
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements - Education and Training:
High school education required.
Intermediate computer skills with prior experience scheduling, project management

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Must be able to sit in front of computer for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 20lbs

Contingencies:
Offer contingent upon ability to pass pre-employment drug testing, physical exam, background check, and motor vehicle report.
