Description

We are accepting resumes for a Personal Banker. This position will provide quality, consultative customer service to ensure customer needs are met. General responsibilities include processing numerous customer transactions; recognizing cross-selling opportunities and referring customers to appropriate personnel; and preparing and maintaining various administrative records. Provides back-up support for account processing as required.  

Requirements :

Proficient reading, writing, communication and mathematics skills;
Ability to work well with people
Proficient interpersonal relations abilities, including problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Minimum one (1) year experience in related banking positions, or equivalent experience
