CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for a Customer Service Representative for a not-for-profit membership organization ran through the NYS Government. This is a full-time, direct hire position located in the Capital Region and the organization offers a competitive benefits package!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years experience in a customer service or order entry department
• Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to project a friendly, business-like presence both on the phone and in person
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume work environment
• Proven problem solving and conflict resolution ability
• Proficiency with various computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
