Description

Brings passion, creativity and out of the box thinking to IDI, Dermalogica and Undergraduate education programs and operational systems to ensure innovative and streamlined processes. Drives, develops, and implements US education marketing strategies and operational initiatives to meet workshop and event attendance goals and learning loft support. Works closely with US Marketing and IT teams to ensure all initiatives are communicated.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes to enhance the end users experience via the online booking system
  • Oversee the online booking system backend processes and development
  • Oversee IDI online education by creating content and presence of education programs on the IDI website to increase foot traffic
  • Support the content and backend of the Dermalogica PRO Learning Hub and the Dermalogica PRO website to drive new and repeat visits
  • Support education-based events with operational functions
  • Drive all IDI Social Media Communication with creative marketing materials that support both the growth of the IDI website and increased foot traffic to IDI and Dermalogica workshops
  • Oversee the digital platform for D Streaming and the backend process to connect to registration database and equipment needed
  • Develop and drive ongoing communication and marketing pieces to increase the number of Dermalogica experts
  • Drive the digital student store backend processes
  • Support the growth of the Partnership School channel with marketing pieces, support materials and scholarships
  • Weekly communication emails to Education, Sales, and US Marketing teams
  • Oversee operational support for Learning Loft locations, working in conjunction with the DEM's, National Education Managers, and Operations and Operations Team.
  • Oversee monthly marketing calendar, working with the Education Marketing Manager
  • Ensure all collateral pieces are current & branded in line with the IDI and Dermalogica brand guidelines
  • Oversee and manage the development of the Operations Team

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

College degree or equivalent experience required and 3-5 years+ digital platform and database management. Familiarity with skin care or hair care is essential. Knowledge of the salon class of trade or other similar distribution channel is also a plus.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation of skills
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
  • Organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain set budgets and timelines
  • Self-motivated, high energy, able to embrace change and challenge
