Description

INSKIN COSMEDICS is searching for a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) for their ever-expanding team.

  • Reclaim your weekends! 30 – 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday role with adjustable start & finish times
  • $90k per annum (Full time) + Uncapped commissions & bonuses
  • Mon – Thurs working on the road, Fridays work from your home office

This role is perfect for someone with a Beauty knowledge & background, who is sales driven and customer service focussed.

You’ll be working with our clients whose majority are in Townsville, as well as Cairns and Gladstone. There will be some travel to Mt Isa occasionally.

Location: You will stay in one location for at least a few days with all travel, accommodation, meals, and car hire paid by us! This role is ideally suited to someone in the Townsville area as the majority of our business is here, however Cairns and Gladtsone are also suited. 

The Role

You will be working with the world's best and most advanced skincare brands and devices, supporting, and developing your existing business and recruiting (quality) new accounts within your territory. The responsibility of this role is hands on, holding face to face strategic business meetings and power training with partners in a well-established and healthy territory.  

On offer to you is:

  • Full Time Position (Monday – Friday)

  • Part time hours (30 hours per week) can be offered for the right candidate

Wo we are looking for

Ideally, we are looking for a Sales and Customer focussed BDM with a Beauty background. However, if you have a solid track record in BDM with a general understanding of the Beauty Industry, we are open to a conversation to hear your story and potentially open a new chapter.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Driver’s license and reliable car 
  • Must be an Australian resident to qualify for this role 
  • Must be able to travel regularly within QLD to manage allocated regional territory
