Summary
Under the general supervision of the Electronic Services Manager, the Senior Electronic Services Associate is responsible for a variety of Electronic Services department duties, including but not limited to Automated Clearing House (ACH), ATMs (verification, balancing, and cash orders), Mobile Deposit processing and verification, Item Processing, Wire Transfers (outgoing input and verification, incoming processing, and disputes), Checks and Share Drafts, Online Banking inquiries, check and ATM disputes, Fed Adjustments, Shared Branching disputes/adjustments, and advanced functionality within Online Banking (services which utilize an additional vendor such as external transfers, Bill Pay, Credit Cards, etc. They are also responsible for GL reconciliation, employee training and cross-training, assisting management with vendor issues, and assisting with projects related to the Department.

Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of Department GLs.
Trains new staff on department tasks and cross trains existing staff as needed.
Works with Electronic Services Management, applicable internal staff, and third-party vendors to determine and implement solutions for issues related to services including, but not limited to Online Banking, Bill Pay, QuickBooks, P2P payment solutions, A2A payment solutions, and ATMs.
Works with Management to gather reports as needed, including for Leadership, Board of Directors, and Auditors. 
Provides feedback on and assists with Procedural updates for the department as needed.
Monitors Electronic Services Help Desk channel and assigns tickets to appropriate parties.
Assists Management in projects, software upgrades, and core release testing.
Ensures ACH, payroll and member share drafts are posted in a timely manner, in accordance with all applicable regulations and credit union policies and procedures.
Assists Management in ensuring timely and accurate processing of Remote Deposit and Mobile Deposit.
Ensures Wire Requests from all branches and departments are processed timely and accurately according to internal and Fed timelines.
Handles incoming inquiries from Credit Union personnel related to Consumer Online Banking and related services.
Assists Management in ensuring timely and quality responses to member facing and other internal staff.
Processes shared network disputes and maintains GLs associated with said transactions.
Receives, reviews, and processes returned deposit items.
Reviews and prepares transit items, encodes/scans checks as necessary, and bundles, totals and forwards check files to Processor.
Researches and adjusts encoding errors.
Processes check collection items from other financial institutions.
Follows established departmental policies and procedures necessary to settle and balance ATMs.
Responsible for Item Processing.
Distributes incoming facsimile (fax) documents.
Responsible for supply orders including IRDs, forms, documents, and department supplies.
Maintains appropriate user roles in applicable Electronic Services systems based on communications from Human Resources.
Resolves ATM maintenance issues throughout the Credit Union footprint.
Prepares and maintains reports on ATM downtime and preventative maintenance.
Communicates the needs of the department to Management.
Provides monthly activity reports for various delivery channels including but not limited to Remote Deposit, ATM, Branch Checks, and ACH.
Monitors the Electronic Services Teams channel and responds timely to all inquiries.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, and to be on-call as needed.
Regularly attends and participates in in-house training.
Performs duties as assigned by management and may be assigned to work at any branch/location
 
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.                

Education and Experience
Five plus years of increasingly responsible related experience within a financial institution.

Knowledge
Board policies and Credit Union goals, organizational structure, policies, procedures (including Office Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook) and practices.
Credit Union products, services, programs, and promotions.
Computer system/software to effectively perform job.

Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to travel, attend, and participate in training and meetings at various locations.
Ability to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
Operates a variety of office equipment and machines.
