Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible to plan, oversee, coordinate field personnel, schedule sub-contractors, responsible for passing third party air clearances, and safety for everyone on the projects according to strict deadlines. He/she will be well rounded in the construction field with a process minded personality to maintain and achieve organizational goals. Well-versed in construction/restoration methodologies and procedures with the ability to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Have an analytical mind and great organizational skills with the goal to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Asbestos, Bio/Trauma Cleanup, Lead, Fire, and Water.
- Must have the following Certifications: Asbestos Supervisor, Bio/Trauma, and OSHA 10
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion with the end goal in mind.
- Must be detailed oriented, focused and able to see the big picture on the project
- Must have integrity with a passion to “do the right thing”
- Adhere to safety protocols, procedures and awareness of possible safety issues while enforcing company policies.
- Willing to answer calls and respond after regular business hours to emergency jobs.
- Ability to multi-task between projects with ease in a fast-paced environment
- Create and maintain job schedules
- Desire to learn and grow with the company for long term employment.
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Summary of Duties
- Set daily objectives and goals, line out crews, and hold accountability of his/her crew’s performance.
- Remain accountable for project hours and manager labor hours on multiple jobs.
- Accurately complete company job tracking programs, purchase orders, material requests and closely forecast project needs.
- Create change orders and RFI’s
- Maintain and monitor budgets
- Experience with reading Xactimate Scopes is a plus
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and insurance adjusters
- Communicate confidently and accurately with customers and remaining customer focused while address company’s commitments
- Identify issues and resolve before major conflict or incident
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

- may include working outside of buildings in sometimes extreme weather and extreme heat.

- may include using a variety of construction tools/equipment.
- may include lifting and moving large awkward items that weigh more than 25 pounds.
