SIMOS is hiring for an Inventory Clerk in Taunton, MA. This candidate will work directly with the client and oversee inventory and complete administrative duties in a warehouse environment. This team member may be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary. Weekly pay, on the job training, and benefits package.

Shift: Monday- Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Pay: $19 per hour

Job Responsibilities

The Inventory clerk will support the client directly in the operations function by conducting administrative duties for operations, entering data, running reports, monitoring inventory, and other duties as assigned.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Collects and inputs daily production data into reports.
  • Create and modifies data recording forms for production, sanitation, maintenance, and shipping.
  • Coordinates paperwork regarding electronic receiving.
  • Enters purchase orders into the computer system.
  • Ensure that the flow of paperwork is consistent and completed within specific deadline requirements.
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; self-starter and determined.
  • Ability to work on multiple items concurrently while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.
Associate Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 60 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
