REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER

Fusco Personnel is currently searching for a Revenue Cycle Manager to work for a growing organization in the Albany, NY area.  Our client offers a generous benefits package.  This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity.

The successful candidate will spearhead the financial operations of the organizations’ billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient revenue generation, accurate billing, and timely collection by implementing revenue cycle management strategies to minimize losses.
• Develop, implement, and manage all procedures and functions related to the AR process from eligibility to collections and follow-up.
• Manage AR Associate.
• Oversee and manage the financial processes and operations related to the revenue cycle.
• Lead and monitor AR process.
• Evaluate the AR cycle process.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and financial metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.  An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 5+ years’ experience in billing, accounting or administrative role.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry a strong plus (NYS Medicaid, Insurance Plans, etc.)

Salary Range

• $80k (+/- based on experience)
