CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER - PHYSICIAN

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting a Chief Medical Officer to work for a healthcare organization in the immediate Capital District Area.  This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity.

• Valid, state issued medical license in good standing
• 10+ years’ clinical experience
• Previous experience in a middle management and/or executive role
• Experience with clinical risk management & safety protocols
• Familiarity with HER/EMR records systems
• Excellent communication/organizational skills

OVERVIEW

• 50% patient care/50% administrative duties
• Will oversee: 2 PAs, 1 Physician and 2-3 Medical Staff
• No hospital call
• Minimal after hour phone calls
• M-F full-time day hours
• Responsible for medical policies
• Great salary and benefits plan

SALARY

• $250-275K
