Description

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:
  • This is a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within a program
  • Focus on strategic planning, coordination, and alignment of projects to achieve overarching organizational goals
  • Responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program
  • Strategic thinking, effective communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that individual projects align with the overall program goals and organizational objectives
  • Develop and articulate the strategic objectives and goals of the program, creating and maintaining a comprehensive program plan that outlines the interdependencies of individual projects and aligns program objectives with the broader organizational strategy
  • Oversee/manage multiple projects concurrently within the program, prioritizing projects based on organizational priorities and resource availability and ensuring that each project aligns with the program's strategic goals and contributes to overall success
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and team members by communicating effectively to ensure alignment on program objectives and progress, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on program status
  • Work closely with department heads and project managers to allocate resources effectively across projects, optimizing resource utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity and ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and tools to succeed
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues at the program level, develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly and implement a proactive approach to risk management to prevent potential roadblocks
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and governance processes across all projects by monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet established quality criteria and by implementing program-level governance processes
  • Develop and maintain program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement and generate regular reports for stakeholders on program progress and outcomes
  • Ensure that each project within the program is successfully closed, and deliverables are accepted this includes conducting program evaluations, identifying opportunities for improvement and preparing comprehensive program closure reports for stakeholders

YOUR CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Information Technology or a related field, business administration, or a related field, Master's degree is a plus
  • 10 years of experience in IT project and program management, with a proven track record of successful program delivery
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex IT and digital programs with multiple projects
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required to work minimum of 3 days per week in office with occasional travel, as required by program needs
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours to meet program deadlines
