Custodial Supervisor

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Pay: $22.33 / hr.

Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) is seeking a reliable and experienced Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial operations and supervise Lead Persons and Custodians in assigned zones. This role ensures cleanliness standards, contract compliance, and effective staff leadership within government and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct Lead Persons and Custodians
• Ensure assigned areas meet contract and quality standards
• Train employees (new hires and ongoing training)
• Schedule staff to meet task and frequency requirements
• Monitor attendance and ensure timely arrival to work sites
• Submit payroll and required documentation accurately and on time
• Address employee and operational issues per agency procedures
• Participate in special events and emergency response activities as required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of custodial management experience preferred (other leadership experience considered)
• Knowledge of custodial chemicals, equipment, floor care, and cleaning processes
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid, Real ID Compliant Driver’s License
• Reliable personal vehicle
• State‑mandated vehicle insurance required
• Ability to pass background, badge, and bi‑annual MVR checks
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform custodial duties (up to 50 lbs)
