Account Manager/ Sales and Marketing Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, growing account revenue, and be customer facing
• Responsible for prospecting, selling, developing, and expanding the client base
• Ability to develop new business strategies and execution of business opportunities
• Ability to develop new and creative initiatives towards customer and client satisfaction
• Ability to research, prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations for Account Executives when required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in Sales/Business Development or Marketing with client interaction and extensive customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Account Management/Sales and Marketing and/or related experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years Capital Region working knowledge and business climate preferred
• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly change priorities
• Strong work ethic, self-directed, self-motivated, team player, out of the box thinker, and problem solver
• Proficient in MS Office, ATS/CRM programs and familiar with various social media platforms
• Inside or outside sales experience is preferred, not required

Additional Details:

• Base salary plus commission: Compensation range: $45k-$100k plus!!
• Based on experience and skill set!
