SENIOR ENGINEER (PE)

PRECAST, PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a Senior Engineer to work for a growing organization in Pittsfield, MA.  This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity.  The ideal candidate will aspire to a Chief Structural Engineer position and possess the following:

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer Certification REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MS degree a plus.
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in a precast-pre-stressed engineering environment.  Ideally experience with building/parking garage design.
• Experience managing and directing teams/employees and mentoring engineering personnel.
• Familiar with IBC building codes, PCI and ACI design requirements.
• Limited travel to job sites (approximately 1-4x/mo)
• Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT or other 3D modeling programs.

Salary Range

• $165k - $195k + Annual Bonus
