CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a CEO to work on-site for a growing organization in Upstate NY. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing industry experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR Business related fields.
- Proven experience leading all divisions of a manufacturing organization including HR, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Sales, etc.)
- Ability to manage and oversee operational budgets and financials.
- Success managing efficiencies and process improvement strategies.
- Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Ability to manage from a business perspective and an engineering perspective.
Salary Range:
- $200-300k (based on experience) + performance incentives.
