Construction Industry
Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a Project Manager to work for a growing organization in the Albany, NY area. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience.
Responsibilities
Project Planning:
- Analyze project blueprints and specifications, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, including material estimations and labor requirements.
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel on the construction site, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Budget Management:
- Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to stay within budget constraints.
Schedule Management:
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, identify potential delays, and implement adjustments as needed.
- Must be available to work in both Albany and Poughkeepsie
Salary Range
- $130K -140K
