Senior Accountant

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Sr. Accountant to work in the Albany, NY area.  The ideal candidate will have the following:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred).
• Accounting Experience with real estate industry experience (preferred).
• Experience with Yardi (a plus).
• Excel experience is required.
• Excellent understanding of financial controls and analytical review procedures.
• 8+ years experience.

Salary Range

• $95-105k
