Contract Paralegal – Real Estate & Contracts

Hybrid/Remote/Onsite – Manhattan, NY

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for experienced Real Estate Paralegal(s) to assist a prominent New York State Agency in a legal project, on a contract basis. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience working with leases, development agreements, and contract summaries.

This is a full-time, contract opportunity to work on high-profile real estate development projects, as well as, review and summarize leases, agreements, and legal documents. This is a hybrid opportunity with both remote and onsite work in Midtown Manhattan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in reviewing and summarizing real estate contracts and development agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation.
• Organize, track, and manage large volumes of legal documents.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks and project coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies (or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate or contract paralegal.
• Strong legal research, document review, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and legal databases.

Salary:

$31.00-$41.00/hr

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
