Description

IT SUPPORT CENTER MANAGER

Saratoga Springs, NY

 

Fusco Personnel is currently searching for an IT Support Center Manager to work for an IT organization who is a leading technology solutions provider.  This is a FT Direct Hire position and will be onsite in Saratoga Springs, NY.  In this role you will be responsible for the management of the IT Help Desk.

 

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the support of clients both onsite and remote
  • Keep track of all service level requirements
  • Manager relationships with managed services clients
  • Manager the cybersecurity policies of clients including patching and backups
  • Will be responsible for the delivery of managed services to client base

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of work and education experience.
  • 5+ Years’ experience managing a managed services delivery team
  • Experience with client operating systems and hardware including Windows OS, O365, and Azure

 

 Salary Range

  • $105,000 to $125,000 (Based on experience)
