CALL CENTER MANAGER – MEDICAL

Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for a Call Center Manager. This is a Full-Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in building out the Call Center function for this growing organization. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience
• Knowledge and skills required to manage, supervise, and lead inbound & outbound call centers
• Technologically driven mentality
• Medical call center experience required
