Human Resources Manager

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity in the Capital Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and advising the Human Resource Business Partners and Managers, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and counsel HRBP team to meet department goals and achieve performance standards; encourage continuous improvement for career development
• Investigate workplace issues, including employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
• Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees
• Assist in developing proactive strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
• Partner with HR management team to develop initiatives that enhance employee morale and workplace culture

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of employment relations experience
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)

Salary Range

• 100K to 125K
